Take a moment to see where you can say \u2018no\u2019 to an appointment or (social) obligation. I always say \u2018A no to someone else is a yes to yourself\u2019. Say YES to yourself more often!<\/li><li><strong>DELEGATE<\/strong> &#8211; Often we are carrying burdens that are not ours to carry. We say yes to please someone else, avoid conflict, or \u2018save time because if I have to explain it to someone else, it\u2019s easier that I just do it myself\u2019! Think of all the things you are saying YES to, and delegate (some of) them to someone else. Give yourself breathing space. You can thank yourself later.<\/li><li><strong>3 MINUTES<\/strong> &#8211; 90% of the lessons in Communication Nation are 3 minutes or less.
