All the hype has already started.
\nA new year is on the horizon, so let\u2019s set unrealistic goals and try to change everything about ourselves.
\nLet\u2019s improve it all. Why not?
\nOur bodies, our mindset, our finances, our relationship goals.<\/p>\n
But how about we just celebrate who we already are?
\nWhat would it be like if you could embrace the new year with true honesty and acceptance?
\nThat you are really just ok as you are?
\nThat the fact that you survived 2021 is a miracle in and of itself?<\/p>\n
So I\u2019m flipping the script.
\nWhat about the OLD you will you celebrate and take with you into the new year?<\/p>\n
I\u2019ll start.
\nI\u2019m going to continue to be kind. To worry too much. To procrastinate when it\u2019s the least helpful. And I\u2019m going to continue to write and share the real deal with you all on my socials.<\/p>\n
