Hopefully their thanks will be just as bountiful as their meals, and they will be wearing clothes with elastic waistbands. (Many zippers break during this meal\u2026 #funfact.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For me, every day holds an attitude of gratitude.<br>It started when I was about 7 years old and diagnosed with a chronic disease.<br>I was so happy that every day I got a new chance thanks to new medicine and a specialized medical team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feeling of \u2018Yeah! One more day!\u2019 has only grown as I hit middle age.<br>I\u2019m so deeply appreciative of my life and the people in it.<br>I know my days here are limited, and I am deeply grateful for every moment of joy I can find.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some big and small things that truly brighten my life:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*having a strong coffee while looking out the window<br>*dancing in my kitchen while baking bread<br>*spending time with my beloved family (and boy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Czo3xbrI3FT\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igshid=ODhhZWM5NmIwOQ==\">did we have a lot to celebrate last week!<\/a>)<br>*laughing with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CzY2RMxocRZ\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igshid=ODhhZWM5NmIwOQ==\">my friends about the stupidest things<\/a><br>*serving my clients in exceeding their communication goals, and reading LinkedIn posts like this one \u2935\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"602\" height=\"156\" src=\"https:\/\/buffiduberman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Afbeelding1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15091\" srcset=\"https:\/\/buffiduberman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Afbeelding1-1.png 602w, https:\/\/buffiduberman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Afbeelding1-1-300x78.png 300w, https:\/\/buffiduberman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Afbeelding1-1-18x5.png 18w, https:\/\/buffiduberman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Afbeelding1-1-600x155.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026and so much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are you grateful for today?
