Here are 3 tips to help you write like a boss. Because your business deserves the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. KEEP IT CLASSY: When responding to a request, always start with a \u2018thank you\u2019 first. This is our way of elevating the conversation. Unlike many languages, we do NOT have a \u2018formal\u2019 and an \u2018informal\u2019 way of saying \u2018you\u2019. We use other words or phrases to sound professional and polite. Starting off with phrases like:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

     \u2018Thank you for your request\/for getting back to us\/ for your inquiry\/for your useful feedback\u2019 <\/em>sets the tone that you want to express gratitude before getting down to business. And that goes a long way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. \u00a0DRESS IT UP: Use polite and formal language where appropriate. This nifty chart will help you level up your vocabulary. Try to use a few of these in your next mail, especially if you feel like you are using the same words over and over again.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. KINDNESS IS MAGIC. Show your client that the door is always open if they need anything else. Phrases like these will help:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
