I cannot believe it – my twins just celebrated their 1-year birthday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My twins have helped thousands live a lighter and brighter life. I\u2019ve received hundreds of messages over the past year and it means so much to me so see how this book, written in 3 days (my heart types fast!), has impacted the lives of so many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why does it have to be the hardest one? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To celebrate this wonderful milestone, I treated myself to the new Dalai Lama documentary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said, right in the camera, ‘I love myself first. To me, self-love means I do not deserve harm. I deserve kindness. That starts with how I treat myself.’ (Yes, I started crying right away.)\ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
