This will help ease the pain<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I’m sorry.” \ud83d\ude14<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That’s really hard for some people to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But it might not be enough for a professional situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How can you say ‘sorry’ and sound genuine, yet professional?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am passionate about helping my clients develop a woordenschat<\/strong>, so that they always have enough choices when it comes to finding the most appropriate phrase or word. If you only have ‘I’m sorry’ in your (written AND spoken) Word Wardrobe, it doesn’t always work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
So let’s add some choices!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “I truly regret that this happened.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “On behalf of my entire team, I’d like to extend our apologies.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “My apologies for the inconvenience.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “This happened on my watch, and I take full responsibility.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 “My team is working hard to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
