It’s always the right time… because it’s never the right time.

I totally understand that this might not be the right time for you to level up on your skills.

These 3 time management tips might help you feel less overwhelmed and inspire you to get back on track!

  1. WHERE IS THE ‘NO’? Have a look at your busy busy calendar. Take a moment to see where you can say ‘no’ to an appointment or (social) obligation. I always say ‘A no to someone else is a yes to yourself’. Say YES to yourself more often!
  2. DELEGATE – Often we are carrying burdens that are not ours to carry. We say yes to please someone else, avoid conflict, or ‘save time because if I have to explain it to someone else, it’s easier that I just do it myself’! Think of all the things you are saying YES to, and delegate (some of) them to someone else. Give yourself breathing space. You can thank yourself later.
  3. 3 MINUTES – 90% of the lessons in Communication Nation are 3 minutes or less. If you have 3 minutes (and yes, people are very fond of telling me they love learning with me in the bathroom 😱), you can learn new words, shift your mindset from overwhelm to clarity, and improve your pronunciation.

Remember, we always have time – it’s just a question of how we use it.
