About the program:
2 LIVE TRAINING DAYS (valued at € 1.995,-):
2 days to connect and communicate! Day 1 is the kickoff, and Day 2 is our Presentation Day to show what you know! I will guide you step by step. We will work on key areas of development – everything from the internal voice to presentation pillars. We will share a lovely lunch and end with carrot cake.
3 GROUP SESSIONS (valued at € 995,-):
An ‘hour of power ‘where we work on specific themes related to internal and external communication. These sessions are recorded and sentto you, together with the coaching notes , so if you have to miss a session you won’t miss a thing!
These will be every other week for 6 weeks.
3 PRIVATE SESSIONS (valued at € 1.125,-):
A private 1:1 session every other week, where we work together on your own English skill set. You’ll get personal feedback and tailor-made assignments from Communication Nation to work on improvement points regarding all aspects of communication, and I’ll help you prepare for your presentation!
You will also get a private follow up call after the program has ended to evaluate your progress.
COMMUNICATION NATION (valued at € 99,-):
Specific assignments will be given (and discussed!) based on what we are working on so that you can stay active between the sessions. There are 8 full courses on every aspect of English – grammar, vocabulary, presentations, writing, pronunciation, and more! You will get 6 months access to the program as part of the fastermind.
DM CHANNELS IN CN (valued at € 495,-):
Support and mentorship via our group and private DM channel. This is how we will communicate throughtoutthe program. You can ask questions and get support on whatever you are working on.

My female-fronted Fastermind is an innovative program designed to help women move forward both personally and professionally. It handles all aspects of communication – not only external communication (how you talk to the world) , with special attention paid to vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and presentation strategies, but internal communication (how you talk to yourself) – crafting a mindset of confidence and clarity, so you can feel unstoppable.
We start and end with 2 live training days from 10.00-16.00 at De Gruyterfabriek, Den Bosch.
Kickoff Day 9 October, Presentation Day 27 November.
We have 6 online coaching calls on Fridays in the weeks in between, alternating between group sessions and private sessions. The group sessions are max 60 minutes, and the private sessions are 30 minutes. All sessions will be recorded and sent to you upon request. We will also have contact, support, and feedback whenever needed in our private channel in my online platform Communication Nation.
We will work together through different themes dealing with both external and internal communication. Every participant will get a tailor-made study program to help them meet their individual goals, both professionally and personally. This includes private sessions and assignments from Communication Nation. We will also work together on preparing for, structuring, and delivering an authentic presentation, so you can speak up and truly connect to any audience without hesitation or doubt. You’ll also get a follow up call after the program has ended to check in on your progress and give you activation advice.
Het live days are from 10.00-16.00. In the 6 weeks between the live days, the 3x Group calls are 1 hour each, and the 3x private sessions are 30 minutes each. You’ll need about 30-45 minutes a week to work through your personal assignments.
