Are you trapped in the trap?

Let’s get you out!

Happy holidays, if you’re celebrating!

Let’s wrap up this year with joy. I’ve started using a wonderful technique, and I’ve shared it with many clients. I love the results I’ve seen so far, so I just had to share it with you!

ROSE, THORN, BUD 🌹

I ask my clients at the end of every session (and I ask myself at the end of every day) to visualize a rose.

Then I ask them this:

1. What was the rose for you today? (This is something that went well, that they are proud of, and that they want to remember.)

2. What was the thorn for you today? (This was something that was tricky, difficult, painful, or challenging.)

3. What is the bud for you today? (This is something coming up in the future that they are excited about.)

That’s it.

Powerful and meaningful results from a very simple exercise.

You can think it, say it out loud, or write it down. Or do all 3!

MY LIST:

My rose: The creation of my new book and my Buffi Boost podcast. They are helping thousands of people live lighter and brighter lives.

My thorn: The sudden and unexpected loss of my mother. On the same day my book was published. Hooking into gratitude has never been more helpful. I’m so grateful she was my mom and I learned so much from her.

My bud: Designing lots of new programs that will be coming your way soon….and special gifts for my Communication Nation members in 2025!

What’s your rose, thorn, and bud today?

And what’s your rose, thorn, and bud for this year?

I can’t wait to hear what your rose looks like!

Liefs,

Buffi (who was given these lovely flowers after a recent masterclass…see the rose?)
