I was so full of pride, as it was TEDxAmsterdamWomen, and I was about to watch my speakers shine on stage, like the Minister of Education, Ms Ingrid van Engelshoven.
I’ve been a Senior Speaker Coach for many years, and I’m proud to volunteer my services for the last 3 months of the year, helping these amazing global thought leaders, game changers, and rule breakers shape and share their stories.
I’ve seen them grow from ‘OMG why did they ask me?’ to ‘Oh…do you think I really can pull this off?’ to ‘Wow I cannot believe I DID IT! It flew by! Can I do it again tomorrow?’
Today I’m at TEDxAmsterdamWomen again, holding my speakers’ hands, helping them relax back stage, and then watching them ROCK onstage! It’s one of the highlights of my year!
