What’s the greatest blunder you’ve made? It might win you a prize!

Happy Monday!

I hope this finds you well, and that you’re ready to ROCK your week! I know I am! It’s a busy one. I’m spending 2 days in the studio recording my new online course for GoodHabitz (over a million subscribers in 5 countries, no pressure, no pressure…) plus 2 days of VIP Deep Dives, and the book launch of Zinglish, which is all about learning English through music, for children, (I wrote the preface), and a premiere. My week is chock-full of awesomeness but I have to make sure to use my time well. That’s why this newsletter might be a bit shorter than what you’re used to.

To cut to the chase, I was honored to be featured on Management Team about why the Dutch often have a false view of how good their English actually is. Although the Dutch scored the highest on the English Proficiency exam, most people do not know that this was based on a multiple choice test. Dutch people are excellent at recognising English signals and have fantastic passive skills (listening and reading).

However, this does not mean that you can give a kick-ass presentation or write a professional email with ease (which is exactly why I created my Taking Care Of Business Masterclass).

Have a look at the article and let me know what you think. If you share your biggest English blunder via redactie@mt.nl, you can win a signed copy of my book 100 Ways To Save Your Ass In English – a great way to make sure you’ll never make a blunder again!!

Have a super week, and hope you win a book!
