Guess what? It’s already happening.

I was working with a client recently.
American.
VP of a multinational.
Fabulously talented.
And terrified.
He asked for support on his presentation skills.
Through coaching, we peeled the layers off and got to the heart of what was really going on.
‘I’m so afraid of what others will think of me. I don’t want to be judged.’
Does this sound familiar?
Well, I hate to break it to you, honey, but you ARE being judged.
Right now.
By many, many people.
And so am I.
If you are a human being, you have the tendency to form an opinion about someone you see.
About how they look.
What they are wearing.
Their age.
Their body type.
The car they drive, the postcode they live in, their job title.
And hell, if you dare to post anything on any social media platform, the opinions become immediately visible.
So, you are being judged.
All.
The.
Time.
Should you let that stand in the way of you taking that stage?
Of sharing your message?
Bringing your light, passion, and expertise into the world?
Nope.
Hella no.
Huge slice of NO WAY pie.
Remember, the spectators in the stands are cheering, booing, or chanting.
They are not the ones on the field.
YOU are the one out in the game, giving it your best shot.
Spectators never score.
So….it’s time to accept that you are being judged.
And there is actually only 1 opinion that truly matters.
It’s the one you have about yourself.
Don’t you ever stop shining your light because you’re afraid of what others think.
We need your light more than ever.
Love,
Buffi
PS: One more thing – the people that are judging you….and sharing their criticism with you, especially online….would you ever consult them for advice? If the answer is no, pay precisely zero attention to their comments. You have more important things to focus on in this life. Thank you.
