My 2 W’s and why they help me

Maybe they will help you too! 

Guess what?

I’m not 100% joyful all the time.

(I know that’s shocking.) 

I’m a messy miracle, just like you.

But you know what helps me? A LOT?

Writing.

Walking.

After doing just one of them for a few minutes, my mind clears, my heart is lighter, and I feel more balanced and joyful.

Can you put down your phone and go for a walk?

Just around the block?

Can you put down your phone and write 10 sentences about how you feel?

You can.

And you should, the next time life gets too heavy.
